Meet my new ring. Isn't it pretty? I love old or antique-looking jewelry. This has that feel to me. I'm not an October baby, which is the month for which Opal is the birthstone, but my birthstone is ugly (orange--ick). I don't wear a lot of jewelry, but I loved it, so I got it. Maybe Travis will get me one with a diamond in it sometime soon... Alas, a girl can dream. LOL.

    That is such a pretty ring...but you know u can always use the blue TOPAZ as your birthstone its much prettier than the gold color.
